Poor Service

My deposit paid on 24 Jan 2025 has not yet been released by AVIS.

When I returned the car, they told me that it will take 8 - 9 days for the deposit to reverse.

It is a pity that AVIS send a customer rating before the process is finalised.

I'd rather make use of your competition in future!
