Poor planning by Avis
I landed after 12:15 at Upington Airport and by 12:30 was informed your branch ran out of cars. I had to wait as the cars are coming from Kathu and Bloem. I feel sorry for your counter staff but how do you allow a client to wait 2 hours for a car? I was told an 45 mins ago the car is being washed and polished. Really poor service
