Poor Invoice System.

Poor invoice system. 140 hours after drop-off car invoice not generated. Avis Sandton Pick -up and Avis Polokwane Gateway Airport drop-off. Costumer care email no response. Landline number we will investigate. Car dropped off on time with full tank and no damages.

Thank you for contacting us,

Please be advised that the invoice only generates within 48hrs after your rental has been closed off by the branch, the rental has not been closed off as yet therefore no invoice is available on the system.

We have requested the branch to finalize the rental so that the invoice may generate.
