Poor

I have rented a car from Avis Pinetown on the 3 May 2021 ..till date being 3weeks now ..I have not received my refund of R1500 . I've been constantly calling and emailing a lady name Nosipho Zwane which I found that she 2x put my wrong banking details . Do not rent a car from Avis ...they dont give you any paperwork to say the vehicle is received in good condition and my refund is not received going on one month later from returning the vehicle
