Poor Customer service. Taking time to refund

I rented a car in December 2022. Returned the car on the 19 December 2022. I was told I will get my refund in 7 days. I am still waiting even now. I am soo disappointed. Is the 1st time hiring a car with them. I called on the 4th of January 2023 was told will get refund in 24 Hrs but nothing came. My number is ***

Hi Bethuel, please pardon the delay, we are following up with your bank, on your behalf. The deposit amount is never debited but placed on hold in your account, Should it still be on hold, it will be released accordingly.
