Poor customer service
My Dad returned the hired car to Avis car rentals on the 11/11/2022 at Avis Ballito. He was told he will get his refund there after. When he calls on *** the people answering the calls gives him no joy and keep on lying to him that Nedbank is at fault. When he contacted them today they said they not sure whats going on. Please i would like to have his matter resolved urgently, or else it will lead us to seek legal procedures. He can be contacted on ***

Poor pathetic services from you will lead me to expose your company on all social media platforms to make people aware of how you cry to refund us when its due yet when you needed the deposit for a vehicle we paid immediately. You will be hearing from my attorneys soon. Hope this post is made visible so other people can learn not to hire from you and its going into a busy period for which you will loose customers. Seems like you guys are running a ******** service.
