Poor Customer Service

I recently rented a car for three months and the service was fairly decent , however after the first month , they suddenly changed the conditions & deposit amounts and again after the second month , This did not suit me very well and thus i decided not to renew again as the hiring figures soared to more than double the original rate , The payment system they use on credit or debit card is also very confusing and creates unnecessary problems with your banking account control , The worst part is that i am still waiting for a refund on my first deposit payment ???
