Poor Customer Service

Hi,

My dad’s vehicle was in an accident and the insurance hired a car from Toti Avis. The vehicle was not ready and my dad had to fly oversees. Avis approved my dad to return the hired car at King Shaka but did not inform my dad of the huge fees involved. If my dad who is a pensioner, knew about the fees he would not have returned it at King Shaka. I called Toti Avis with no feedback and I emailed customer care with response after 2 weeks. The *********** consultant did not understand my query and I re-explained. Two weeks later and still no feedback. Poor customer service from Avis staff at the branch and customer care.
