Poor customer experience

Avis East London left me feeling like I was ****med. I visited Avis for buying a car and I was interested in one of the cars they had on sale. A sales representative by the name on Mava (I will not disclose their full names) reached out to me via email and call. I informed him of what I was interested in and he asked me to send him some docs so he can start the process. He gave me his whatsapp number and I already had his email as he had reached out via email as well. after I had sent him the documents he went silent. I reached out to him after a day and he told me that he was attending some training in cape town and he will get back to me on Monday as he will be returning to work. Till today, a week later I have not heard a single word or update from him after I have provided him with my documents. Poor customer experience I still dont know whether I was ****med or he was no longer interested in assisting me, or if I didnt qualify because I already have a car and wanted to trade it in or maybe the car I was interested in is taken by someone else. I am now worried and concerned. This just goes back to how these car dealerships undermine woman when we reach out, if we are not taken advantage of because it is assumed that we know nothing about cars, we are misguided and exploited. So disappointed.
