Poor condition of vehicles rented by Avis

I needed car hire and decided to use the most reputable car hire company as many would say AVIS. I contacted the call centre and the consultant gave me options of an i10 or kia picanto as i needed something small.... Just for me to use to campus n back. This was paid upfront. I got to king Shaka international airport n the lady at the desk mentions that the only car that can be hired is the Renault kwid brand new vehicle great new park assist....I trusted Avis at this point even though i was dissapointed leaving the airport with the Kwid .I stayed in Berea close to the campus and this kwid had no power going up hills... I was so afraid of rolling backwards... The bonnet of the vehicle kept on lifting up n i had to go to the garage to hv it locked in place. This was an extremely windy week in Durban but this was no excuse.... My life was at risk... People were hooting n trying to stop me to tell me that the bonnet was loose. Im a female driver and was not going to stop on the freeway as im also not tooo fami**** with the roads. The worst experience ever.....the vehicles should be tested or driven before given to customers.
