Poor Co operation from Avis fleet management

The avis fleet car with reg no FB 09 Bk GP Isuzu was driven by Inocent Dube his passport no ********** 16 on the N1 between hamanskraal and Murray hill, the guy recklessly hit my car from behind and damage my BMW tail light and rear bumber, i was told by avis guys to call their insurance to assist with the damage but no help...the accident was reported at Sinoveel SAPS and the AR no is 305/05/2018..m trying to get hold of avis with no luck i dont win, and their insurance as well
