poor client care

<p>I rented a car with Avis car rental through my insurance company as a courtesy vehicle and Avis took R1200 holding deposit and it took Avis more than 20 days to refund even now I have not been refunded when I send emails all I get is automated response my money is still with them and it is not the first time they do this .
