Poor and ***** service

Avis car rental Sandton Gautrain station is the worst. Knowing very well that they a booking, they don't call or send the booker a notification regarding their closing times. I am it is common sense that if a booking is due one must if confirm if the person is still coming. I got to their at 12:01 and they gladly switched off the lights and told me they are closed. Other avis branches would actually call to enquire if the booking is still on.
