Please Return my money

Avis is the worst rental company ever, I rented a car on the 28th of November 2015 with a staff rate and they reserved R2375 , I then went and extended the rental they then reversed R612, 27 on the 30th of November 2015....I had a few things going on so I ended up using the car for the whole month but I kept informin them to extend and they would reserve the funds each time....The 3rd of December they reserved R3800 and then again on the 17th R2715 all in all the total was R3800 which should be enough to cover the whole month .<br> Now am busy fighting with bank as avis still has not sent the funds into my bank account I owe the bank R10 000, please transfer the funds back as I still have other financial obligations and this is causing me financial headache, if you don't sort this out I will be forced to take legal action against you......you are very unprofessional ,you need to find a new way to do business this thing of reserving funds is clearly not working for you or your customers.
