Please AVIS...can I have my deposit back?

Received an AVIS car from my insurance while my car was in at panel beaters on 26/01/19. They took a R1 450-00 holding deposit which was to be released upon return of car which was on 01/02/19. Today is the 9th and still no access to my money despite numerous calls to AVIS in Randburg. Crazy how quickly the amount disappears from one's account but how long it takes to get it back. This morning the lady at the branch tells me she will attend to it later when she has time. Just give me my deposit back please - I returned your car clean with full tank of fuel.
