I hired a car, was hit and run and only the mirror was damaged. This was on the weekend of 02 May 2015. I waited for feedback, tried to follow up but was told it's still being investigated. Eventually I got this sms<br> <br> 'PLEASE CONTACT PETRO URGENTLY AT AVIS RENT A CAR HQ. TEL NO *** REGARDING YOUR AVIS RENTAL'<br> <br> I have been calling this number for over an hour now with no answer.<br> I also don't understand why I should be the one calling them not the other way roung
