Picking up my car at oranje toyota when the were not suppose to.

I bought a car from Avis car sales in Bloemfontein on the 22nd of Aug. the battery needed to be replaced. When I took the car back to Avis car sales they arranged through Avis rent a car with Toyota to replace the battery as the car is still under warranty. Avis send me to Toyota as was the arrangement. Avis rent a car then picked up my car from Toyota without letting me know or without arranging anything with me. when I phoned Avis rent a car they told me they picked up the wrong car as they assumed it was the car they took for a service. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience and they still wanted me to fetch the car from them at the airport. they did not take any responsibility for what have happened.
