Petrol complaint

Yesterday I picked up a rental car from Avis,I realized that the car they gave me was not on full tank because it doesn’t make sense that a 1.0 Kwid consumes a bar of petrol for just 40km.This is something unpleasant to experience,please be vigilant when u take this cars,check everything because they surely don’t care about customer satisfaction.I have pictures that I took and yes I would like Avis to do it’s investigation to confirm that they did give me a car that was not on full tank.
