Pethetic Sevice when refund is due

<p>I hired a car on the 25th July 2016, a holding deposit was taken.</p> <p>It is the 7th of Aug 2016 and after calling 3 times requesting my refund be paid into my account nothing has been done about it.</p> <p>It is just pethetic that the funds can be taken off immediatly but the refund take more than 2 weeks after contunially requesting for one.</p>
