People are indeed more important than cars at Avis.

I rented a car through the Avis Pretoria branch on the 7th of August as a courtesy car from Fnb insurance. For some reason having declined the tyre and windscreen waiver it was still charged. I thought I was signing to receive the car not for the insurance as I had declined the service. After receiving my final invoice on the 10th of July 2023 I complained about and visited the store. I spoke to Anna who listened and investigated and told me that they would refund. I have since been refunded. It was my word against my signature but they still believed me.
