Pay the claim!!!

I have been dealing with this company from the end of January to be paid for an accident that happened December. This process has been very tedious and I just want my claim to be paid,I've sent these people every document they need from my side and I've waiting for the money to clear into my account. Last week I sent an email to Annabell to find out how long do they take to pay a claim and my email was not responded too. This morning I sent an email; and called the reception but the lady from their creditors claims that she has no idea of the claim. I want my claim to be paid and just carry on with my life, I cant deal with the incompetence of these people.
