Pay cash wait 2 weeks before money is payed back into your account

When you have car problems you go through discovery and they give you Avis. If you do not have a credit card you have to have the money on the spot or else you are not able to get a car. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund on my cash transaction. 2 weeks before I get my money back that I had to pay cash. It first has to be approved then it takes Nedbank 3 days before they pay it to your account.
