PAY BACK MY MONEY PLUS POOR SERVICE

I rented a light passenger vehicle on Easter Weekend. Avis, as usual withheld a deposit from me and paying it back has been nothing but a pain. Dealing with a Call Centre Agent Brian Mbele is one of the most pathetic things to do as customer service is aggravatingly Pathetic. He needs to undergo intense customer service course and learn what customer service is all about. He never keeps his word and have no regard towards customer feelings!<br> <br> NEVER DEAL WITH AVIS !<br> YOUR DEPOSIT IS NEVER REFUNDED WITHOUT A FIGHT !!!
