Patience

For the first time when renting a car with AVIS I paid with a business cheque card. Unfortunately I was not informed of the fact that I have to go into the store to have the blocked amount reversed. After 7 days of the funds not reversed I contacted the AVIS office in Cape Town with a piece of my mind. Noah answered the phone and listened to my complained and then took it upon him to notify the bank and have it reversed. 3 hours later I received an SMS from my bank indicating that the funds have been released. Thanks to Noahwee for his professionalism and sad that the AVIS did not inform me of this on signing the rental agreement. They should point out the difference when paying with a Cheque Card.
