Pathetic...Unacceptable
Avis refused to accept my Diners Credit Card as deposit ..Yet their website says differently
I walked out of their establishment and headed home on foot
I’m still waiting for a response after mailing them

Avis website lists all the Execs with their marvelous degrees telling all and sundry how wonderful they are..
There is not one e mail address listed on their website for these untouchables, nor a tel number to get hold of someone who claims to run the No 1 rental car business in SA.
Most South African Multi Nationals are useless at customer service, yet earn millions every year..Believe it or not, the receptionist (name withheld) actually called me back to ask if my problem had been resolved..It had not !
Avis forced me to use First Rental..Amazing small rental company who helped me in under 15 minutes..The only time Avis will see me again is when i drive past their branch in a First Rental Car
I will never use or recommend this useless car rental Co to anyone
