Pathetic service. Very rude staff

The Avis service in South Africa is one of the worst I have seen anywhere in the world. This review is although a result of horrible service I have received from their branch located in Sunninghill, Johannesburg. The staff is very rude and the average waiting time is much longer than any other car rental company.
