PATHETIC SERVICE EVER

PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!Would give 0 stars if I could. AVIS definitely have the worst service of any car rental company in SA. They don’t send someone out on the day of collecting the vehicle to inspect the car with you. I assumed maybe it's due to Covid-19 BUT THEY ARE USING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO **** you a lot of money. When you return the vehicle, they say there’s scratches and damage and then charge a massive amount to your credit card. Logged a dispute immediately but they still went ahead and deduct money from my account, while while they still hold your deposit. STAY AWAY FROM AVIS !!!!!!!!!!
