Pathetic Service
The said they made a refund to my account and they never even bothered to check if my details are still the same. The card they used is no longer valid(cancelled) and till today, I have to received any feedback from them besides the so called invoice of the refund. It’s AVIS in Potchefstroom, I’ve sent emails to Rebecca Raboroko, Leon Heyns as well as Tracey Tshabalala and none of them seem to be bothered to give feedback cause I certain by now the money went back into their account. I would never recommend any of their services to anyone. Pathetic.
