Pathetic Service-Avis OR Tambo

Hired a Car from Avis at OR Tambo on the 20/05/2019 and had a deposit amount blocked on my Credit Card. Until today after numerous Phone Calls and being promised a invoice, no invoice has been provided and the amount is still blocked on my Credit Card. Pathetic service and definitely cant recommend renting a car from them!!
