Pathetic service at Bloemfontein service

Travel agent booked car for Bloemfontein airport for 7 March 2018 On arrival at Avis counter instead of being told that there were NO CARS they proceeded to contract and then told me to wait for car. Waited for over an hour. Spoke to person that dealt with me Kese. She said she was phoning the depot and they were not answering. and I should wait . After waiting for a while spoke to manager Pamela. She said depot is less than a kilometre away and cars were coming and I should wait. She said she would phone the cell number of the depot contact person. Still no car. After about an hour, I told them to cancel and agent booked a car with Europcar. Why did Avis take the booking the previous day if there would be no cars available? If they knew they had no cars why did they proceed with contract and not inform me beforehand! Pathetic service
