Pathetic Service at Avis Car Rental OR Tambo

second time this happens. I arrive at the airport and the car is not available. I'm told it's 10mins away at depot, but wait for an hour before a car arrives. this pathetic servic. At Europcar the service is 100 times better. Car is generally brought out fir us snd we are greeted by super friendly service agents, who make a special effortto even remember your name ne t time. I will not be using Avis again
