Pathetic service and threats

I hired a vehicle from Avis earlier this year, since the vehicle was collected i have actually been trying to pay AVIS the money i owed them for rental etc. The staff at avis dont care and even bother, they pop you a message now and then and then ignore you, even the supervisor dont bother to get back to you.

Since then even though im trying to get the amount owed and pay them they are now threathening to hand me over to attorneys.

what kind of a company is this, dont hire from these guys the service is shocking
