Pathetic Service

I’m so frustrated I booked a car at Avis on the 26th of December and returned it on due date 30th of December. I have been fighting with this company to return my refund that was reversed as a “deposit” and I have been moved from pillar to post since the 1st of Jan. I have spoken to more than 10 different people now and have been given email to person who will be handling this matter Arisha Sujnarain and she doesn’t even bother to return my mails and now I have been given a call by a pathetic *********** agent who assisted me on the day. She is calling to tell me that she never debited my account when she insisted that I pay deposit before she gives me the keys and when she took money from my account she gave me the keys and told me car is outside someone will attend to me with attitude. I went outside stood next to the car for more than 20min no one was even giving me the attention. Not even a courtesy to take me to the next person who will assist me I had to waive at everyone wearing a black or red shirts to confirm if they are working for Avis. Pity this company is partnered up with eBucks otherwise I would never wants to deal with them in the future
