Pathetic Refund Process
Deposit refund processed yesterday 19 May 2025. Call Centre operator says it will take 10 days to reflect in my account as various people have to finalise. Pathetic and highway *******. So this means that Avis hold funds in their account for thousands of people for as long as they like to gain the interest. When I swiped my money was taken immediately.
