Pathetic & Horrible Service

I am utterly disappointed with the services that I have received from your company. Having have used your company for the past 7 months, I doubt that I will ever make use of your services again. You work in a competitive environment and there are other services provides in the market that I can make use of.

I had a 3-month mini lease from you. All that I have asked for is my statement for the past 3 months. I have asked for this from your forever *********** Bernice Billet and also my mini lease administrator Sechaba Mogathusi. I have sent them both emails and they have not even bothered to respond to me. I can only assume they are not responding to my request because my mini lease is coming to an end. I was willing to extend it, but due to this I will not and I will not recommend your company to anyone that I know.

It is such a simple request and yet you have dismally failed.

Please send me my statement and direct me to the correct person for this. Service is important and I hope that you take this seriously. I am prepared to pay more for quality and great service.

I am highly disappointed with the service that I have received. I will also advise my employer/business to terminate all business with you.
