Pathetic avis

Terrible sevice! Pathetic and uninformed staff dont know what they are doing. I recieved a urgent notice from a credit agency that an account of mine has been handed over to them from avis stating the account has not been paid. However avis made no contact with me to discuss this account to explain what amount was outstanding. Just bad service, bad communictaion, horrible experience.
