Overcharged for rental

I don't think you understand or actually read my response. You assume you are correct with what was deducted from my account.

I accept R1,625.00 and I accept R1,118.85 for extras mentioned.

Two amounts were debited from my account. Like I said in two mails already.

R1,625.00 and R1,887.98

R769.13 more than what you claim was deducted.

I use Avis a lot and never had issued before. I will use someone else from now.

No effort to resolve my query. Pathetic service.
