Overcharged for AVIS hire car

Hello AVIS, <br> <br> As per my credit card statement, a single amount of R1,711.39 was deducted as the pre-payment amount.<br> <br> I brought this to the attention of your customer service dept, but to date, the issue has not been sorted out.<br> <br> Your invoice reflects R1,617.11 as pre-payment amount.<br> <br> When is this issue going to be rectified?<br> <br> When am I going to get my SAA Voyager miles?
