Overcharged and unable to understand queries

This is my second complaint becauase Avis still does not understand. I am convinced they don't understand or actually don't read my response/query.

I accept R1,625.00 and I accept R1,118.85 for extras mentioned.

Two amounts were DEBITED from my account. THERE ARE NO HOLDS. Like I said in four mails already.

R1,625.00 and R1,887.98 was DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

R769.13 more than what you claim. YOU DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH MORE THAN SUPPOSED TO.

I am contacting my lawyer today.

I will not use Avis again.
