Overcharged and not willing to respond to my emails

<p>Was quoted R418.81 when called Avis. However, an amount of R556.80 was deducted from my credit card. Not alot of money, however I emailed on the 25, 26, 28 April 2017 to ********** as I queried some line items on my bill. No one has bothered to respond to the email or call me</p> <p> </p> <p>So I am higly upset that small customers does not have a voice with this global company!!!</p>
