Overcharged
good evening on they04-10-2024 i rented a car at avis polokwane branch , when i return a car on on Monday 07-10-2027 the was a small scratch on it and they told me that they will take it to a paint then will tell me how much it will cost then i waited the whole day on Tuesday until i make a phone call on Wednesday morning ,to my surprise the stretch its not that much but they charge me R5500.00 which is i don't even understand its for what coz that scratch its not too much i feel that they have ****** me seriously, can u please assist me

18 Oct 2024, 16:24If u can read cafully on the email i have send its not about the refund its about the amount u overcharge me , i was expecting to see the breakdown and invoice from pebnelbeat that's the reason am complaining u overcharge me there's no way u can charge me R5500 for such scratch
