Overbilling and no explanations provided

In December an amount of R12000 was deducted in my bank account and after being sent up down I promised a refund come January an amount of R6000 was deducted. This is a lot of money to be deducted and no valid explanations provided surely some sort of payment documentation should be forwarded to my email address where I can query debit orders before hand.
