Overbilled & no customer service from AVIS

I have been charged for 15 days use and 2357km for a vehicle that I used for 5 days and drove for probably less than 100km.

Avis Centurion and Avis Customer Service have made little effort to resolve this and rarely get back to me.

Extremely poor & disappointing service from Avis.
