Over charged
Contract no:E***<br> my insurance rented a courtesy vehicle for me for a period of 30 days. It so happened that after 30 days my car was not fixed. I kept the rented vehicle for extra 3 days which the insurer agreed to incure the costs. Meaning the insurer extended the rental days.<br> <br> Now avis wants me to pay administration fee of about R462.00. This is unfair towards me.
