OVER 48 HOURS LATER AND ARE STILL KEEPING DEPOSIT
I returned the rental car at 7.30am on Monday 16th March at Cape Town International Airport. It is over 48 hours later and Avis has still not released the deposit on my card. This has happened before and I find it disgusting that they can take the money immediately but yet take so long to release it back to me.
