OUTRAGED WITH AVIS!!!! ???

I am absolutely OUTRAGED? with the experience I am having with AVIS car rentals!

After getting a rental car from an OUTsurance claim and returning it in PERFECT condition, I’m being accused of damaging it.

No one can tell me what these so-called damages are and now a large amount of money was taken out of my bank account with out authorization!!

I have tried various communication channels and after numerous follow ups, I have just been informed that the branch has stated that they checked previous records and check-out QCE and the damage in question was not noted therefore the charges of the damage will remain.

This is absolute utter garbage as the vehical was NOT DAMAGED when I received it and was NOT DAMAGED when I returned it.

I want my R1350,00 deposit back & I want my money back that was ****** out of my account.

Legal action will be taken.
