Outdated Systems

My team & I booked a trip to Pine Resort for the 1-Dec-2018 for a year end function, everything was ready including 8x tickets [R140 each] for entrance & food. On the 01-Dec-2018 when we went to AVIS Brakpan to pick up the avanza we were told the credit card has expired 30-Nov-2018, a day before our trip. This is despite the vehicle being fully paid for & everything being ready. We had to cancel everything & lose the money we spent to buy tickets. We find this to be totally unfair that your systems didn't pick up that the credit card will expire before the booked trip even though the trip was paid for in advance.
