O R Tambo Avis rips you off - **********

Avis seems to have a problem with ***** at their O R Tambo branch. My wife, who is an American citizen, has been charged 3 times to fill up a tank of fuel - which we filled up right outside the airport before giving the car back. We have proof of all three times when this happened with the latest occurrence a week ago.

I can understand once but three times indicates something is amiss here. Either the staff or the management is running a **** here which actually calls for a ******** investigation as I'm sure a lot of foreign travellers are being ****med here. Be careful!
