Not responding to my claim

On the 1st of Feb 2015, an avis rented vehicle that was driven by a negligent driver drove into my car causing damages to my car. I talked to Lee Stone who requested a letter of what happened, a police report and a quatation. I supp**** her with everything she asked but despite several calls and emails I made to her and her coleague Amos, nothing has happened. It is the 24th of March 2015 today and I have never had a single email or a phone call from Avis. No feedback at all, a very poor service indeed.
