Not receiving cash deposit back.
I've rented a vehicle during the time my car got repaired. I've paid R2000 cash deposit. It is 2 months after I returned the rental vehicle and I still waiting for them to pay back my deposit. I called their head office a few times and I visited the bran h. Every time they say the deposit will be paid back in a couple of days but nothing is happening 😞 This is so unprofessional.
